How the salary per hour calculation works
An hourly salary estimate can be calculated by dividing a monthly salary by the number of working days in the month and then dividing the result by the number of working hours per day. This calculator lets you adjust both working days and daily hours.
Hourly salary formula
Daily Salary = Monthly Salary ÷ Working Days
Hourly Salary = Daily Salary ÷ Hours Per Day
Hourly Salary = Daily Salary ÷ Hours Per Day
Example
If your monthly salary is SAR 9,000, you work 30 days for the calculation and work 8 hours per day, your estimated daily salary is SAR 300 and your estimated hourly salary is SAR 37.50.

The appropriate number of working days and daily hours depends on the basis you want to use for your estimate. You can change both values to calculate an hourly rate using a different schedule.
